I couldn't sleep and decided to go to John Boyd Thacher park for sunrise photo shot. I arrived almost an hour late for the sunrise. I misjudged the overall travel time that is needed to get there.
Even though I didn't get any sunrise shots but the park has many other photograph opportunities. Went back to look for the lonely tree which I photograph last winter. The tree is still standing strong next to the cliff. The tree has started changing color and getting ready for the winter. The cooler temperature and morning sun light up the tree nicely.
I should come back to check out its' fall foliage again.
