Teressa in action last year (PC: Faith Liberatore)

On Tuesday afternoon, the swim team plunged into their second independent meet of the season against some of the top competition in Suffolk County at Ward Melville High School. Sofia Arrascue took first in the 100 butterfly while Kaitlyn Tse dropped 36 seconds off her best time in the 500 free to win the event. Duretti Teressa saw a 3 second drop in the 100 breaststroke and Ruth Crane earned her best time in the 100 backstroke.
