Mark Gurman broke the story in his monthly Power On email, implying that a revamped MacBook Air with an M2 chip is one of the most likely products to be announced at Apple's WWDC 2022 event. Even though traces of "reality" were detected in Apple's source code earlier this year, Gurman believes it's unlikely that Apple's AR Headset would be shown at the event.
In terms of new hardware... though Apple's upcoming mixed-reality headset is full steam ahead — underscored by the recent demonstration of the device to the company's board — I'd be wary of expecting a full-blown presentation for developers and consumers next week.
