Hi everybody! I wanted to say a big thank you to everyone who has attended my posture classes so far - it's been such fun putting them on. The Monday night classes have had a great take up so we have added another class to the schedule - Tuesday mornings at 9.30am - 10.30am.
Your first class is free and all classes will be accessible (very gentle - you won't get sweaty) for most bodies. Please do send me an email if you have questions or you'd like to try out any of the classes - info@posture-ellie.com
Plus I am also hosting an all-day 'Day of Posture Magic' Day Retreat on 3 different dates this Autumn. The first is this Saturday 3rd Sept, then 8th Oct and then 26th Nov. The day retreats are held at 'The Little Habitat' Yoga Studio in DE655PN and include lunch. The idea will be that you get a day's crash course in understanding why your body is suffering pain/tension and then you'll pick up lots of tips of what you need to do to feel less achy.
