A pademelon watched from the side of the road as I slowly creeped down the road in the wee hours of the morning. It was clear skies today. It's great to have a market day with no wind or rain issues.
My first customers were a group from Sydney that have come to Tasmania to do the Three Capes Walk. https://www.threecapestrack.com.au/ One wanted to do the walk before her son's arrival. She bought "Tickle My Toes" for her son, "Silent Disco" for her daughter, and "Sitting on the Fence" for herself. https://pjpaintings.com/.../birds/products/dancing-penguins

Next, a father and daughter visited the stall. She is doing a nursing degree in Burnie, Tasmania, and her father, from the Whitsunday Islands, Queensland, is visiting her. He bought a "Southern Flow" print. https://pjpaintings.com/.../copy-of-sea-life-a-print-of-a...

A couple that has recently moved to Launceston after living nine years in Mt. Isa, Queensland, followed by five years in Sydney, NSW, and now Tasmania, purchased a "Salamanca Saturdays" print. https://pjpaintings.com/.../products/salamanca-saturdays

A local Hobartian, with a bag full of fresh produce from the market, bought a "Family Outing" print for a 3-year-old boy. The family has just moved into a new house, and he has nothing on the wall in his bedroom. The red mini will brighten the room. https://pjpaintings.com/colle.../emus/products/family-outing

"Lazy Days" and "The Three Amigos II" are heading Surrey, UK. I asked if they were a gift for someone? She replied that they are for her. A "Salamanca Saturdays" is also travelling to the UK with another visitor.
A nurse doing temporary work at the Royal Hobart Hospital, that I've met before, purchased "Maggie", "Lost Worlds", and "Family Bunk Beds" prints. Maggie is for her dad's Father's Day present. She's going to Queensland for two weeks to visit her family. https://pjpaintings.com/.../maggie-a-print-of-a...
A "Lazy Days" tote bag and a "Glamour Girls" zipper pouch will be going home to Perth, WA. https://pjpaintings.com/.../products/tote-bag-lazy-days-1

A visitor from New Zealand, who has a collection of emu art in her bathroom, bought "A Fashion af-Flair", "There's a Hole in my Stocking, dear Liza, dear Liza"" and "A Flair for Strutting" prints to add to her emu assemblage. https://pjpaintings.com/.../fashion-af-flair-a-print-of...

A mother, from Napier, New Zealand, bought a "Salamanca Saturdays" tote bag for her daughter living in Wellington, New Zealand. Her daughter is an artist too. Her medium of choice is acrylic.
Another New Zealander purchased a "Hayride" and "Spiky Bunk Beds" print. https://pjpaintings.com/collections/emus/products/hayride

At closing time, I sold an original painting titled "Tagging Along".

And then, I had three stallholders looking through my greeting cards, while I'm trying to pack up, mind you. One stallholder wanted me to personalise a card she was giving to her dad, who is having knee surgery. She asked me to add the word 'knee' to her Get Well card. So, with a black and blue pen, I wrote 'Get Knee Well Soon' on the card. We're not annoying you at all, are we? they asked in gist, laughing, thinking all this extra activity was hilarious. As a result of these very, very late purchases, I headed home later than usual.

Wishing you a good week.
Until next week, take care,
