A stop search was conducted by PC 2853 Garrett of the Neighbourhood Policing Team, after further enquiries in the area one man was arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article by PC Garrett. The man was charged on Wednesday, February 28, with the offences of possession of a bladed article and resisting arrest. Cumbria Police said: "Many thanks to the vigilant members of the public who made this known to the Police, we all have a role to play in keeping knives off our streets." | | | |
