Review:
While S1 was emotional, S2 had a different feel, more fun like after all the emotional trauma, they are back and having way more fun than before. I love that the setup is grander, the schemes are more elaborate, and the plot a little over the top. Rainbow Squad is so good at thinking of their plan, the police should just hire them permanently to keep all the bad guys in jail!
I like that although the cases started different, they all tied back to one big secret organization, so it helped kept the plot cohesive. The cases were interesting, and like last season, there is one case that would take up half of the show. I liked the Black Sun case more than last season.
I felt like Do Gi was so good and On Ha Jun wasnt at his level. Hajun looked menacing and aroogant but we dont really see how good he is because the very few times we see his deals, they all got thwarted by Dogi. The Bishop is scarier but I liked how they did the ending. It was just right.
Of course Lee Je Hoon deserves his daesang for his wonderful portrayal of Kim Do Gi.
If they ever think of making S3 i am so onboard!! But pls write a villain that is worthy of Kim Do Gi. Oh, and Kim So Yeon + Kim Do Gi is a dream pair!
