Review:
I love Yan Shi, even though it felt a little unbelievable that she was just so good at managing a company when she didnt have a lot of experience. She spent most of her time after college playing egames coz her family is rich. But she was headstrong even when she was young and looked like someone who wont stop til she gets what she wants. Honestly, I also felt bad for the others who really spent a lot of time working their asses off while she just walks into the company and starts getting promoted each time. Of course, she did worked hard and had a lot of great ideas which helped the company profit by end of the drama. But still, if this was real life, I would also be slightly pissed off. One thing I didn't like about Xiang Yuan is her ugly white booties and boots and her work outfits don't look business enough.
I love the nerdy hot Yan Shi and his microsmiles that show up when he teases Xiang Yuan. He looked so good in his trenchcoats. They liked each other since they were kids so it was satisfying to see them finally together and happy. That hot kiss at Xiang Yuan's door wahhh!! I had to replay that scene a few times!! Xiang Yun showing her pilot skill and totally failing but Xiang Yuan saying it looks like a heart and telling the other guy, "you don't know anything lol".
I didnt like the second couple. On one hand the girl was right, he is often immature and rash. But the others were right, no one is going to love her the way he does. Even with the time apart i didnt feel like they grew up so im not sure if they can really last long.
32 eps is shorter than usual cdrama but still felt like the story was bloated. The first half was just too much miscommunication between the leads. The second half was more about business and i didnt care for the traitors. Also as much as I love the couple, by the time the end came, I was so sick of their too sweet and over PDA scenes.
I also love the beautiful ost especially the one where the actors sing the duet.
